The hotel had good rooms, perfect for our one-night stay to attend the Sainsbury's anniversary athletics event. However, there was an unexpected £200 surcharge that took days to be released. The proximity to train tracks made the noise from passing trains disruptive every 5-10 minutes during our September 2019 visit.
